Is it safe for the puppy? Will he/she not be afraid? How long does it take? Would the puppy not be alone in a box for so long?
This is what I tell individuals about the shipping/delivery process to make them feel safer when transporting a puppy:
To transport a puppy alone to a new location always sounds cruel and embarrassing, but we find it harder for us than the puppy. Through our many years of transport experience, we ensure that all puppies are in good hands. So, if you pause and think about it, the delivery company will not mistreat the puppy for fear of litigation and customer dissatisfaction. We glue puppy food and feeding instructions to the top of the box and put frozen water in the box so that it gradually thaws for the puppy, and the puppy is being fed during the delivery process.
The average flight takes about 4 to 6 hours with a $150 shipping fee. We always ask for delays or stopovers, so we know the exact times and departures of flights; hence, at every given instant, we are aware of the puppy’s current location and will be able to provide you the information as well.
Typically, for residents of USA, the puppy arrives at the customer`s location within four to six hours from the time of departure. Their box consists of a big fluffy bed with torn newspapers in the box where the puppy can nestle, and a toy or sock with a scent they are already familiar with, to make the puppy/puppies feel safe.
We consider shipping and home delivery as an option and make transportation arrangements. This is because we mostly find suitable homes for our puppies, but they may not be within driving distances. We can imagine what question you are asking: “Fly a puppy! Is it safe?” This question is often asked. We certainly would not consider it if it was not right or harmful to the puppy.
We posed this question to the delivery company on our first attempt to transport a puppy a few years ago. This was their response to the question, “If we book a flight for a puppy, this is only possible with safe and licensed airlines.”The puppy shares the same air as the pilot who flies the plane, and there would be available officials to monitor the puppy/puppies until the delivery is completed at the client’s address.
When booking a flight for our pets, we always call in advance and find the most direct flight available (just like we would do if we were looking for a flight for ourselves). Our puppies have always arrived safely and happily in their new homes. So in conclusion, “It is preferable and more convenient to fly a puppy on a 4-6 hour comfortable flight than to ride that puppy for 4 hours or more. We transport puppies WORLDWIDE.
Thank you, and we look forward to establishing a warm relationship with you and your new puppy. Each of our puppies will always be part of our extended family.

OUR SHIPPING GUARANTEE FOR CUSTOMERS?
We are proud that our relationship with you does not end when you take a puppy home from us. As a conscientious breeder, experienced puppy consultant, and die-hard puppy lover, we want to believe that nothing can go wrong with our puppies. But certain things are never under our control. The health of a puppy depends on many factors, such as genetics, exercises, nutrition, and general care. If something goes wrong, we will always seek help, even if our warranty does not cover it. While we can not guarantee that your puppy will never have a health problem, we will do our best to make sure that your new family member is healthy!
This service can be booked to allow the puppy to be delivered to any location. Upon request, we will deliver the puppy personally to your home.
We do not believe that your puppy is interchangeable, but we think that the pain can sometimes be relieved in the company of another furry friend. In the unlikely event of a puppy’s genetic death within two years after birth, or if the puppy has congenital or inherited disorders (within two years) that are detrimental to your puppy’s health, we will replace the pet with another of equal value free for you. A licensed veterinarian should certify the cause of death.
